Tommy graduated in 1994 from the University Hospital of Budapest (Hungary). He moved back home to Israel where he established his own practice for 9 years. He relocated to the U.K. to work at several highly regarded practices before settling at Anderson Veterinary Surgery in 2005.

Tommy has special interests in diagnostic ultrasonography imaging and orthopaedic surgery. He is highly regarded within the veterinary orthopaedic community for his advances in canine patella luxation surgery, development of the RidgeStop™ prosthesis and for his dedication to orthopaedic mentoring and teaching. Tommy achieved the General Practitioner Certificate in Endoscopy and Endosurgery in 2018, and leads our new Endosurgery Unit for arthroscopy, gastroscopy and laparoscopic surgeries.

Tommy is a registered government vet (official veterinarian) allowing him to authorise pet imports/exports and EU Pet Passports for travelling pets.

Luke studied at the Royal Veterinary College in London and has been with Anderson Veterinary Surgery since graduating in 2010.

Luke has furthered his studies in veterinary ophthalmology, obtaining a Post-Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Ophthalmology in 2015 and RCVS Recognition as an Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2016. He continues his studies in veterinary ophthalmology, and regularly attends training at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists in London alongside human ophthalmic specialists. He is enrolled on a Post-Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Dermatology throughout 2017/18 and on track to achieve a Masters in Advanced Veterinary Practice Sciences by 2020.

Luke is a registered government vet (official veterinarian) allowing him to authorise pet imports/exports and EU Pet Passports for travelling pets.

Evdokia graduated at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) and has worked in small animal practice in London since graduating in 2012.

She is currently enrolled in a Post-Graduate Certification in Small Animal Ophthalmology, equipping her with the newest knowledge and expertise in medical and surgical ocular conditions. Evdokia is set to achieve RCVS Recognition as an Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2018/19. She further establishes the ophthalmic services provided here at Anderson Veterinary Surgery.

Alongside her passion for ophthalmology, Evdokia is particularly interested in veterinary dentistry and spends much of her time devoted to our dental service.

Dr. Lucia Parena DVM MRCVS

Lucia graduated at the Turin Veterinary University in Italy in 2008. Following graduation, Lucia worked in Italy for several years in a 24-hour emergency hospital, gaining expertise in soft tissue, orthopaedic and emergency surgery.

In 2016, she moved to the UK with the aim to improve her surgical interests. Lucia has enrolled on a post-graduate certificate in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery to gain further specialisation as an advanced surgeon.

Lucia is set to achieve RCVS recognition as an Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery in 2018/19.

Dr. Alicja Kordowska DVM MRCVS

Alicja graduated at Olsztyn Veterinary University (Poland) in 2011, after which she completed a rotating internship in a small animal referral hospital.

After completing her studies, Alicja devoted her time with charity organisations in south-east Asia to help stray animals and to promote animal welfare within the local community. Much of her work involved Trap Neuter Release actions in rural parts of Thailand, Borneo and Malaysia. She relocated to London in 2016 and worked as a locum veterinary surgeon in emergency practices.

Alicja’s interests include orthopaedic surgery and she plans to advance her surgical skills with a certificate in small animal surgery next year.

Tsai graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (London) in 2012.

Tsai initially worked with the Anderson Veterinary Group at our Bromley North branch throughout 2013-2015. We welcomed her back to the Orpington branch in 2017 where she has been instrumental in the development of our dentistry service.

Tsai devotes her time to run our dentistry and neutering clinics.
